Delivery Zones
We currently only ship to Australia national-wide. 

Shipping Method
We currently uses Australia Post and Sendle as our shipping partner. We offer 3 method of shipping which includes:
Free Shipping - We determine what is the best shipping method to save cost, and our team will ship it.
AustraliaPost Tracked Service - We ship it with Australia Post Tracking Service
AustraliaPost Express Service - We ship it with Australia Post Express Service

Shipping Estimate
It takes us 1 business day to get ready your products. We ship with Auspost service, which it takes 4 - 8 business days to deliver your products to you. The Cut-off time would be 10 a.m. on Weekdays. We do not ship products on Saturday and Sunday as Auspost does not ship goods on that day.

Tracking Information
Tracking information will be sent to your email. There will be a notification, shipment information sent to your email. 

How Does it arrive 
Products may arrive in Parcel, Letters or Box. Do keep an eye out for your local mailman to deliver them. 

Missing items 
If there is a case of having less item than purchased, tracking information not moving, or item lost from Auspost, do visit our Contact Us Page to let us know. Our team will solve it by contact Auspost business account.
